Samsung Unveils its Mid Range Mobile Handsets
2015 the year where Samsung showcased Exynos 7420, company’s leading mobile device with 14nm FinFET chip process that could achieve high-end space, so for 2016 Samsung announced new 14nm processor for its mid-range handsets in the market.
The device Known as Exynos 7 Octa 7870, run by latest processor of Samsung that features low power Cortex CPU cores with 1.6GHz maximum clock speed each . Samsung now looking to create energy efficient device that falls on mid-range market, at the same time the company announced Exynos 8 Octa 8890 as its latest device powered with high end processor.

Samsung announced that 7870 consumes a total of 30 percent less battery power than any other mobile’s that is based on SoCs chips. But of course, these futures device are not just CPU cores, the chip has high end modem support together with the camera and its display components.
