Samsung’s upcoming Tablet confirmed to run Bixby, new name unveiled
Samsung appeared to have dumped the tablet series for a while concentrating more on the smartphones as made evident in the epic releases it has made since the year started.
However, following the release of the Samsung Galaxy S8 device, the tech company was rumored to have begun work on yet another tablet which would replace the Galaxy A 8.0 tab although there was little information available regarding the rumored device.
Ahead of the Galaxy Note 8 launch, the tech company has been revealed to be bringing not only the tablet but Bixby, it’s smart AI assistant on the device.
The Galaxy A 8.0 (2017) which was the earlier name of the believed device will however be arriving with the model number SM-T380/SM-T385 and will come with a different name, Galaxy Tab A2 S.
Recent spotting of the device on benchmarking website as well as certification websites including TENAA and WiFi Alliance suggests that the device will soon be pushed into the market.
It will not come as much surprise if Samsung unveils the device at the IFA 2017 event holding in Berlin.
Recall that it was recently confirmed from its user manual that the Galaxy Tab A2 will come packing the Bixby Home.
