This year however, Sony is natural expected to unveil the Smartwatch 3, and the 2014 IFA coming up from tomorrow is one of the last technology summits for the year ideal for announcing such products. Samsung and LG have announced their own respective smartwatches already and are waitiing upon the IFA to put them on display.
However, Sony’s Smartwatch 3 is said to be packing a 1.68-inch touchscreen with a 320×320 pixel resolution. The watch will be water and dust resistant with IP58 certification.
Accompanying the device is another wearable called the Sony SmartBand Talk. This one is said to be packing an e-ink display (like the ones you see on electronic watches), and no more details were revealed.
