Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra launches with 6 inches of greatness
Before Sony started to launch devices that would be carrying the XZ nomenclature, the ones we used to love the most are those that carry the XA naming system, and now, they have given us a reason to fall in love with the latter again. Sony paced cameras with a punch on two additions to the XA family and also showed us that they could lose some bezels too
The first in line to be launched and treated is the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra which carries a more than decent 16MP camera on the front, which has its own dedicated LED flash. On the back is a 23MP unit and lest we forget, this thing manages to still pack an impressive 6 inch of screen with 1080p technology. Finally, the Nougat-powered unit is supposed to use a 2700mAh battery, the only flaw we managed to record here.
With the ordinary Xperia XA unit, Sony has done something that they would live to call a ‘borderless edge-to-screen’ design, and this pays tribute to the minimal bezels that we saw on the original iteration of this family. The biggest thing on this new model has to be the 23MP main camera unit which although can’t record 4K video, still does an amazing job with 1080p. The front houses the 8MP shooter and under the hood is a party of the Helio P10 chipset and 3GB of RAM. On this one, we get a 2300mAh juice pack
