Tecno Telecom quietly release Tecno M5

The Tecno M5 has hit the shelves in ninja style. The midranger packs a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels for it’s 4.5-inch touchscreen.

Tecno M5 features an 8MP rear camera, a LED flash and a SXGA(1.3MP) camera in the front. The main camera can record HD videos at 30 frames per second.

The device offers double mini SIM card support, 2G and 3G networks, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and A-GPS. The processing work is done by a dual-core 1.3GHz  MediaTek MT6572 processor and 1 gigabyte of RAM.

Tecno M5 offers a 1800mAh Li-Ion battery and comes in black, white, pink colors. If you are looking to pick up the Tecno M5 this December, you’ll have to pay at least $125 according to some retailers we met. But if you are looking for something quite bigger and a little more premium you might want to check out the Phantom III with 6 inches of IPS display.
