The Apple iPhone 6 is one device that supports fingerprint unlock, another is the Samsung Galaxy S6. But then, these are post-$700 smartphones and chances are that many of us want fingerprint sensors but won’t be ready to shed such amount. Worry no more, THL has made it possible for affordable phone buyers to have this kind of tech on their smartphones.
The THL 2015 smartphone isn’t official yet, however, leaked press shots show the device makes you start “thinking about what comes next in…Android,” something you might really be interested in — a fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone positioned under the camera.
The handset is going to feature a 5″ Full HD (1080p) touchscreen, 16GB expandable storage, 2GB of RAM and 13MP/8MP camera duo. For processing the device is rooting for a 64-bit MediaTek MT6752L chipset with an octa-core CPU clocked at a 1.7GHz. The smartphone runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat and features a 2,700mAh battery.
With that being said, GizmoChina tells us that 2015 will be sold at an affordable rate of $239.99 when it finally breaks cover. Will you be buying the THL 2015?
