Two LeEco units, rumoured to be variants of the Le 2S, shows up on TENAA
LeEco is already in the race to start launching smartphones again, and to corroborate this story, we have seen two of their devices show up on the steps of TENAA for another certification. These units are dubbed LEX656 and LEX659. From the certification, we got the images which have been attached to this post and likewise, some key specs of both units.
For example, the LEX656 is expected to run on a deca core processor which would be able to reach a clock speed of 2.3GHz under a 5.5-inch screen. That is surely something massive, no doubt.
On this same unit, it is expected to launch with a 4GB RAM and an expected storage space of 32GB. The camera sensors are decent too, with a dual 13MP unit on the back and a selfie handle of 8MP. Running on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, the device carries support for fingerprint sensor on the back, and a 3900mAh battery has been thrown into the mix.
We have reasons to believe that the LEX659 is simply a variant of the LEX656 as they are not different in term of key specs. If we would listen to chatter all around, it has been said that the LEX656 is the LeEco Le 2S, and the LEX659 its dual SIM option
