Uhans A101 of android build to be modeled after Nokia 1100
In a very interesting twist of events, we might just be getting our very own back to the future reference in the smartphone industry right now as a brand wishes to go back down memory lane, fish out a device and pay tribute to it with another device.
While Nokia has left the age of its Java and Symbian themed smartphones to now fully focus on the production of Android devices, another company which goes by the name Uhans are actually looking to go back in time, take the Nokia 1100 – one of Nokia’s bestsellers as at the time – and pay a tribute to it by launching their fourth smartphone called the Uhans A101.
Although it would be an android smartphone, it would have most of its body structure and design influenced by the build of the Nokia 1100. The device is touted to be a compact and durable one (something Nokia is well known for) and on the back would be a removable casing that is rubbery in make.
Presented in a navy blue colour, the device would have 5 inches and run the android Marshmallow 6.0 while also using a quad core processor from MediaTek. Priced at about $70, the cheapness of this device might inspire it to go on and sell many units like the 1100 did.
