Verizon now accepting pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy S5
Verizon has started accepting pre-orders for Samsung’s new flagship device which will be released on April 11.
For reasons best known to them, the US carrier has decided not to put the smartphone on pre-order even though all their competitors across the States have done so since over a month.
A unit of the Samsung Galaxy S5 goes for $199.99 on a 2-year contract while a contract-free version goes for $599.99.
With a promo called BOGO which Verizon is currently running, you get one phone free when you order for one. That means that you’ll get another Galaxy S5 for free when you pay $199.99 for one. Good thing is that if you don’t want another Galaxy S5, you can choose a the all new HTC One (M8) or Samsung Ativ SE as your “free phone”.
