Wileyfox Storm goes official, costs for £199
The makers of Wileyfox Swift smartphone are out again with a more expensive yet classy smartphone for fans and the market as the Wileyfox Storm which looks more like the Moth X smartphone hits the markets and at an affordable non-contract rate of £199.
The Wileyfox Storm which is a flagship device of some sort is embedded with a few improvements and features such as the dual-function SIM tray with two slots allowing for two nano-SIM or one of the slots can be converted to a microSD card slot which has the capability of supporting up to 128GB of external storage coupled with the 32GB of in-built memory space while the other nano-SIM slot is used to hold the SIM Card.
The 9.2mm thick smartphone might not be the thinnest device around but it’s housing a 20MP rear-facing Sony camera and a large single LED flash for lighting while the front panel boasts of an 8MP front facing camera also with an LED flash and the three capacitive buttons on the bottom lip all running on the Cyanogen 12.1 OS which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop but features many of Wileyfox’s adaptation such as the unique app draw icon design.
The 5.5-inch full HD display screen with a 400ppi pixel density runs an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at a speed of 1.5GHz running on a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage memory all powered up by the non-removable 2500mAh battery.
