Xiaomi Mi Note 2 could use 3D Touch technology
Before the official announcement of the upcoming Mi Note 2 from the stables of Xiaomi, there has been a lot of rumours which are still trying in their own regards to prepare us for what we wooed be seeing in the coming weeks. Already, we know that the smartphone would launch with the newest king in the family of chipsets – the QUALCOMM snapdragon 821 chipset – and then go on to use a massive 6GB RAM.
From a new report, we have now learnt that it is possible that the smartphone also follows in the footsteps of the Apple iPhone 6S line-up and use a 3D Touch technology.
We have already been seeing 3D touch features for a while and for this one, Apple is not even the pioneer.
Huawei tried their luck with it first when they launched the Mate S and after the launch of the first two, ZTE also brought out the Axon Mini which carried the same feature on it. In short, Android phones that have tried this and failed are very few and are all in general.
However, Xiaomi has been known to dabble in uncharted waters and come out unscathed and with the type of technological advancement that the company has been recording, it is safe to say that this might be the first Android to have some success with 3D Touch.
