Xiaomi Mi Note 2 to launch possibly on 5th September
We already have most of the plans that Xiaomi have set in motion as regards the kind of smartphones they would launch this year and after the launch of their Redmi 3S Prime, we can tell you confidently that this smartphone maker is in the works over a new phablet which would follow in the family of their already established Note device. This means that we’re looking forward to the launch of a Mi Note 2 anytime soon. For now, there are speculations that the new budget Mi Note 2 could take a bow on the stage on the 5th of September but then, we would have to wait for the official release on that.
We already have some interesting info on this big device and I what we have heard is true, Xiaomi could go the way of Samsung and launch this one with both a flat and curved screen variant.
For now, we know that the expected variants would not only be different as regards the screen panel but also, have different resolutions with the base member using 1080p and the more premium one employing QHD.
Also, there could be a variation in RAM with the bigger one rumoured to have 6GB coupled with 128GB storage underneath and the flat screened brother would have to make do with 4GB and 64GB of storage.
We have no doubt that a top snapdragon processor would be used but whether it would be the 820 chipset or 821, we have no solid take. With a 36000mAh battery, price is expected to be between $375 and $420.
