Xiaomi’s Redmi 5 Plus series to debut soon
Following the official launch of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 smartphone two weeks ago, the tech company has been hinted to be planning a possible release of another smartphone in the Redmi 5 series.
The latest information comes on the heels of the dual release of the Xioami Mi Mix 2 and the Mi Note 3 smartphones.
According to TENAA listing, the Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus launch in China is expected to come along with some pretty impressive specs.
Recent leaks has suggested that the Redmi 5 Plus may come powered by a MediaTek Helio P25 processor under the hood paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM which may further be expandable using a microSD card.
It has also been speculated that the Redmi 5 Plus may come in the 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM variant and likely expected to come in a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset powered variant.
The Redmi 5 Plus is expected to make its way into the market packing a dual camera setup on the back panel which may comprise of a 16MP camera and another 5MP camera all powered by a 4,000mAh battery under its 5.5-inch display.
