Xolo Hive UI coming in July, plus, Q1010i droid gets Android 4.4 KitKat
Xolo will release it’s new user interface with a flagship smartphone come next month, that’s what insiders told us.
Even though Xolo has set up a teaser page for the Hive UI (as the user interface will be named), the Indian company hasn’t revealed much about their new skin.
“Ask the right questions if you’re going to find the right answers” — the teaser page read.
“Keep questioning is an attitude we all have grown with. We are sure each one of us still remembers the questions we asked our parents and teachers when we were kids.
“Why is the sky blue?”, “How do birds fly?” That’s what the teaser page quoted, raising questions whether Xolo’s new interface might include a virtual assistant like SIRI and Microsoft’s Cortana.
The smartphone which the Hive UI will debut on will have a 5-inch 720p Gorilla Glass 3 display, octa-core CPU and 2GB of RAM
Meanwhile, the Xolo Q1010i is now getting Android 4.4 .
The device was released with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS but Xolo has released an Android 4.4 KitKat ROM for the smartphone.
