ZTE launches Tempo X
The ZTE Tempo X has officially been launched via one one of the MVNO networks belonging to US carrier, Sprint.
Sprint has two MVNOs, the Virgin Mobile which is tailored towards the iPhone users and the Boost Mobile which is known to offer a variety of Android powered smartphones irrespective of their budget class.
The ZTE Tempo X was however launched through the Boost Mobile where it will be available for $80.
The budget smartphone comes packing a 5-inch display paired with a screen resolution pegged at 480p with a 5MP camera on the back panel and a secondary 2MP camera loaded on the front panel.
The ZTE Tempo X comes running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset and is powered by a 2,200 mAh battery.
Under the hood, the device runs 1GB of RAM and an onboard storage space pegged at 8GB.
ZTE also has another affordable smartphone in the market, the ZTE ZMAX XL which comes with a larger display and larger battery unit.
Under the hood, the ZTE ZMAX XL comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 processor and a high resolution camera paired with higher onboard storage memory and RAM size.
It also comes with a fingerprint scanner on the back panel all for an additional $20.
